The Classico 5 Minuti pizza oven from Alfa Forni is ready for use in 5 minutes. The pizza oven reaches its operating temperature in just 5 minutes.

  • The pizza oven is a real eye-catcher and can be mounted on a trolley (optionally available).  
  • The baking surface consists of replaceable fireclay bricks and the dome is made of stainless steel. 
  • The stainless steel dome allows high temperatures with little wood consumption.  
  • The insulation made of ceramic fibres ensures long heat retention in the baking chamber.  
  • The stainless steel door is equipped with an ergonomic wooden handle that allows safe opening and closing without burning yourself.
